Why I’m Running

Do you ever look at something being done and say to yourself, “That isn’t right!”?

I have had those feelings these days.

In all honesty, I have long wanted to run.

We can all bet that is true of all candidates – they won’t admit it. Would it probably be best to have someone in the office who wants to be there, all other things being equal?

Meet Larry

I grew up in Arcadia, California, out in the San Gabriel Valley. After graduating from public school, I attended California State University, Los Angeles.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a year later with a Master of Business Administration. I became a pilot.

I worked my way up to being an international cargo pilot. I flew 747’s around the world. I finished up as a captain for over 10 years. Then I retired due to reaching 65.

Along the way, I married and raised three girls. They are doing well because, as I like to say, brains skip a generation. Now, I am divorced, but still in the same house.

I forgot to add that I am also a graduate of the School of Hard Knocks.

Washington State 3rd Congressional District

A CENTER-RIGHT REPUBLICAN

So here we are in 2026, looking at a midterm election cycle that is not shaping up too well for the Republicans, yet we must get Republicans elected to office.

In Washington State, out of 10 US Congressional Districts, only 2 are held by Republicans. Maybe we can make our district, the Third District, the third Republican district from Washington.

This is important to give balance to the government. Just look at how lopsided the state government in Olympia is in favor of the Democrats, and how crazy things are going.

So here I am, running as a moderate Center Right Republican – always have been. I am also a law-abiding constitutionalist – I believe in a democracy and a republic of laws, always have been that, too.

I’m writing this in early March 2026. The campaign season is ramping up to full swing, and I am truly concerned: What is happening to our democracy?

We have vaunted Republicans explaining away a bill to ensure voter ID, but which could disenfranchise voters in this coming election. We hear talk of ignoring the 22nd Amendment, which limits Presidents to being elected to office only twice. Congress passes laws that the Executive Branch ignores.

Every day it is something. Democrats are calling the Republican Party a cult (one might want to listen to the criticism of competitors; it is the most honest). Smart, intelligent people are asking, with alarm, where America is going.

The Third District Can Restore Balance

The Third District Can Restore Balance

Do you have concerns, too? My goal is to keep our democracy alive so that if the founding fathers were looking down on us, they would say the great, great, great, great grandkids got it right.

So, in a nutshell, the reason for electing me, as opposed to electing one of the other candidates, who I confess are really likable people, is that I think we need to get back on track with our country, and I will never back down from that.

Remember that international flying I sheepishly admitted to? That was absolutely the best experience for this job. I saw how fortunate we really are to have the opportunities of free will, self-determination, and free markets.

Because I flew around the world, I have international experience that gives me insight into what happens overseas.

We are there for them: those in the world with far fewer opportunities. America is the hope of the world when we are firing on all cylinders. We all know that America is built on industry, and our people can build the best products.

Our workers are vital to America, so we will prioritize building the middle class to prosperity, but we will still be the stabilizing force worldwide. There is literally no one else to fill that role. And lastly, the UFO thing – more on that later.

MY FOUR PRIORITIES

1. Get Republicans elected.

Dig deep to take on a little give and take to be the better candidate in the race. America needs Republicans.

2. Promote prosperity for the people of the Third District.

This means a business-friendly environment. Fair taxes and stable government businesses can count on.

A social fabric woven tight enough that people feel safe and free.

The Third District is largely middle class, so we want good jobs that lead to stable careers, allowing people to buy homes and drive their own cars. This is freedom for people. As your congressman, I will doggedly pursue getting the federal government to help local leaders with the assistance they need.

I don’t think success is a winner-take-all prospect. Sure, the rich get it; they understand. I would like to see the middle class get into wealth creation by investing in America and the world.

The democrats favor socialism; they rewrote their website in Clark County to look more moderate, but they are not moderates. In socialism, everybody gets the same thing, but no one is happy. In a capitalist, free-market society, it is tough, but the rewards are so great.

3. Let’s return America to what it should be.

Your rights will not be infringed. We will rebuild fences with our friends and rekindle alliances. We know how our leaders should act. Let’s bring that back.

During WWII, America granted freedom to many countries, even the ones we were fighting. When we defeated them, we came in as sympathetic friends, helping to restore order. We became the big softies.

Now, for example, we hardly stand behind Ukraine. This country was innocently going about its business, evolving into a Western nation, when Russia invaded it, and Russia committed war crimes. We must stand behind Ukraine and help it regain its freedom and its country. To give them their freedom is to love them. Slava Ukraine.

4. Last, but not least, the UFO thing.

Yup, they’re real, at least the high altitude orbs are.

As a cargo pilot, I saw them more and more often. I first saw something really strange in 1999. I then saw something really cool, but not anything I knew of in 2015. I just dismissed it as some new technology for the Air Force. Then, from 2023 onward, I started seeing them much more often.

What I saw was good enough for me to conclude they are real and that we need to take this seriously. We need to pursue disclosure of craft, bodies, and whatever else in the treasure trove the government says it has, but has deemed the rest of us unworthy of enlightenment.

Mind you, they don’t seem to be doing poorly because they, the government, know about it. Actually, their lives seem pretty fulfilled. In 2017, when the three UFO videos were “leaked,” I became deeply interested in the phenomenon (OK, let’s say hooked). I charged ahead despite the admonitions of everyone on the DOD feeding tube about scare tactics such as mass hysteria (more like mass curiosity) and predictions of a stock market collapse (we actually don’t need alien intervention to crash the market; a nice man-made war works better). Actually, markets love destructive technology, and you can’t get more destructive than an alien warp drive.

Wearing out those arguments to failed avail, they then floated “catastrophic disclosure” to the same ineffective end. Their latest attempt is to say that disclosure is “indigestible words,” whatever that implies. I haven’t had alphabet soup since I was a kid. Whatever the stalling, you get the picture. Military people should be concerned with national defense, etc. They should not determine who has sufficient knowledge of the cosmos and who does not. That’s dangerous.

And it goes beyond pure curiosity. Those deeply black budgets? I want to take a look at how they are awarded, because without open, competitive bidding, it sure seems like a scam to bilk taxpayers by paying high prices for services hardly anyone knows about. Disclosure is about what is already here. We have just been told a lie. Getting disclosure means enlightenment for all mankind, no exaggeration here.

This subject is a lot bigger than it seems – it is huge. Knowledge that we are not alone and maybe the revelations from extraterrestrial visitors about the cosmos, well, wouldn’t that make us a space-faring species also? Right now, without disclosure, we are living a lie.

Your vote to send me to Congress is telling the government, in one more emphatic way, that you, too, want to know. The only boast I will make is that if you send me to Congress, I can get you disclosure – somehow.

Note: In early April 2023, we saw a really good display, at least for us. I did flash my landing lights at them. All I got was one orb turned towards us, the one light became two, and then it turned away after a couple of seconds. Can’t call that much of anything, but it happened. It was a good night.

WHY THIS RACE MATTERS

The Third District is not just competitive, it’s pivotal.

Both parties will spend millions here. National insiders already have their preferred candidates.

I am not the insider choice.

I am running because I believe voters deserve an independent, steady, center-right voice. Not another predictable vote controlled by party leadership.

If you want balance instead of extremes, I’m asking for your support.
